Start and finish at Waltham High School. Use the parking lot where Jack's Way meets Woodcliff Drive (the official address of the HS is 617 Lexington St, Waltham). This is in the northern part of the Stonehurst map.

Advanced: One-man relay with masstart at 6:30 PM. Three forked loops. It will be fast navigation with lots of controls and tentatively 27 different alternative loops. All trails have been removed from the maps for added confusion. Do not attempt to follow other runners!!! Please ask at the start for individual start times or maps with trails.

Beginners: Interval start (start times will be assigned at the start).

Public transportation: Commuter rail (Fitchburg/South Acton line) from North Station/Porter Sq to Waltham. 1.4 miles walk from the station: Main St - Lyman St - Beaver St - Forest St - Woodcliff Dr. Bus 70/70A runs from Central Sq to Waltham (follow directions above) or 70A to Waltham High School at Lexington St (follow Jack's Way to parking lot, <0.5 miles).

Driving: Main access to the HS is from 617 Lexington St, Waltham. There may also be access via Woodcliff Dr off Forest St (I don't know if the gates are closed at certain times).
