Interval (runners start at 1 minute intervals)
Please register online, to guarantee a printed map (that makes it so much easier on the organizers!). Maps are digitally offset printed, and control descriptions are provided separately (true ISSOM sprint training!).
Season pass: $60, $40 members
Junior season pass: $30, $20 members
Adults: $10/race, $6 members
Juniors: $6/race, $5 members
Max $20/family, $16 members
Starts are at 6:00pm. Most of the races are interval start, but check the website for the specific race, as sometimes there are mass starts or relays. Courses close at 7:00, so please return to the start by then even if you have not finished your course.
E-punching will be used. Rental punches are available (free with entry).
Splits will be available at www.attackpoint.org.
Beginner instruction clinic at 6pm; groups are welcome.
Cat Rock Park is a wooded park, with hills and rocks and things, and a field full of poison ivy. But there are trails through that field, so you can avoid it. Advanced and beginner courses offered.

Coming from the T (Orange Line): go west up the hill along the arborway (starts out above as elevated highway near the Station) for 200m or so. turn left into the arboretum at the first gate. look at the signs with maps and follow the road to Peters Hill at the south end of the arboretum. (about a mile)
Driving: See Mapquest (this is the first test!) park on the west end of Bussey St, near intersection w/ Walter St, directly north of competition area.
Peters Hill is the southernmost section of Harvard's Arnold Arboretum. It consists mainly of a large hill in the center, and a more detailed area to the north.
