Starts: Thursday, May 27, 2010 6:00 PM Registration: Pre-registration is optional, but requested (so we know how many maps to print) by Thursday, May 27, 2010 12:00 AM Start Type: Interval (runners start at 1 minute intervals) Map: Pine Hill Organizer: Alex Jospe
Note location change! The course will not send you through disgusting green bits of the map, this I promise. I wouldn't wear shorts, but you don't need to break out the canvas pants. Because Bear Hill is kind of far away, there will be two courses, to make it worth your while (as well as a beginner course). The longer one is the "official" park-o, that will count towards your overall score, and the shorter one is just to do more orienteering while you're there. Please don't do the second sprint unless you think you'll be done by 7pm, for the sake of those picking up controls. Thanks to everyone who came! If you think your time is different than what I have posted below, please let me know. I don't want to blame my watch, but since it is analogue, sometimes I am off by a minute in either direction, the seconds however are correct. Advanced #1 course map. Advanced #2 course map. Beginner map.
